Cancellation Policy

Please allow a 30-60 minute window for the Notary to arrive. This 30-60 min grace period allows for the accommodation of unpredictable travel conditions. In the event your appointment is delayed, you will be notified in advance. We make every attempt possible to arrive to your scheduled appointment on time and prepared, and we have an outstanding record of delivering more than just a Signature! We look forward to working with you! For a full refund please cancel your appointment at least 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations after 24hrs are subject to 60% cancellation fee. No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. Thank You.
